Instructions:

Download the 3 files and save them in the same folder on your computer. Run the PWEurope.exe

NOTE: only 3 connections per IP are allowed on the download server. Anti-Virus: Some rare anti-virus software might run a false/positive Alert (you have nothing to worry about). Please set up the correct rules in your anti-virus software or temporarily disable it when you install the game.
